Holiday Fit & Flex Challenge Start

At F5, we know the Holidays pose a challenge for most people. Stress, travel, parties, food, temptations, etc. can all add up and detail us from our fitness goals if we don‘t create a plan to maintain some of our good habits during this time.
We created to Holiday Fit and Flex challenge to keep you on track throughout December with simple, achievable goals that still allow you to enjoy the Holidays.
Here’s how to works:
1) Complete TEN (10) maintenance workouts in 30 days either in an F5 class or with one of the travel workouts from the programs we will provide to you. These will be 20-30 min bodyweight, mini-band or HIIT workouts you can do in a hotel room, guest room or regular gym.
2) Pick one very SIMPLE habit that helps you deal with Holiday stress from the list of three below and complete TWENTY (20) days out of the 30 where you nail your habit.
The THREE choices for the Habit Goal are:
a) Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water a day
b) Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
c) Listen to one meditation-mini podcast a day (each one is 15 minutes or less).
The ideas here is SIMPLE, ACHIEVABLE goals that help you maintain, de-stress, and enjoy the Holidays.
The Holidays are usually quite a hectic time, make them more comfortable by following a simple plan of action to keep your health and fitness on track.
When January 1st rolls around you’ll feel ready to ready to tackle new goals without feeling like you’re starting from scratch 🙂
