At F5 we are always in search of the elusive, perfect kettlebell swing. There is always something to work on with the technical and powerful movement and we encourage our student to adopt a “never stop learning” mentality in the gym.
Correct swinging is great for conditioning, strength, fat burning and athletic performance. Plus, swings are so much fun we do them almost daily! Our fighters use swings for conditioning and to increase explosive power and hip drive. Our general population love swings for their cardio and fat burning results and a good swing just feels awesome!
